Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability, especially during weekends and peak travel seasons.

Can I book a vehicle for same-day pickup?

What are the age requirements?

Drivers must be 25 years or older to rent a vehicle.

Do I need insurance?

Yes. You must have full-coverage personal auto insurance that extends to rental vehicles or purchase coverage through our partnered provider at checkout.

Do I need a driver’s license?

A valid U.S. driver’s license is required. International travelers are welcome with a valid passport and home-country license.

How much is the security deposit?

A refundable security deposit of $500–$2,500 is required depending on the vehicle selected. Deposits are released immediately after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and approved business accounts.

Are there mileage limits?

Yes. Rentals include 150 free miles per day. Additional miles are billed based on the vehicle selected.

Where do I pick up my rental?

Vehicles can be picked up at Granbury Regional Airport (Black Tie FBO) or at a designated Granbury Exotics location.

Do you deliver vehicles?

Yes! We offer white-glove delivery to your hotel, residence, private hangar, or other locations. Delivery fees may apply based on distance.

How do returns work?

Simply return the vehicle to the agreed-upon location at your scheduled time. Late returns may incur additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Free cancellations if made 72+ hours before pickup
• 50% fee for cancellations 24–72 hours before pickup
• No refunds for same-day cancellations

What happens if I get into an accident?

Contact us immediately. If you’re using your personal insurance, claims will go through your provider. If you purchased our partnered coverage, we’ll handle the process directly.

Can someone else drive the vehicle?

Only approved drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Additional drivers can be added for a fee and must meet our requirements.
