Terms of service

Rental Eligibility: Minimum renter age 25. Valid U.S. driver's license required. Proof of full-coverage insurance required unless otherwise approved.
Payments & Deposits: A security deposit of $1,000–$2,500 may be required. Full payment is due before vehicle release. Accepted methods: credit/debit cards, ACH.
Mileage & Usage: 150 miles/day included. Extra miles billed at $3.00/mile. No reckless driving, burnouts, or off-roading.
Damage, Tickets & Maintenance: Renter responsible for all damage. Tickets and tolls billed plus $25 admin fee. Smoking/vaping incurs a $500 detailing fee.
Delivery & Pickup: Free pickup at Granbury Regional Airport FBO (Black Tie). Delivery available within 30 miles for a fee.
Liability & Indemnification: Renter assumes full liability. GX not responsible for personal property left in the vehicle.
Governing Law: Governed by Texas state laws.
